Welcome to Hotel Costa Verde! The Reception is open from 6 am to 10 pm. Check-out time is at 12 noon. 24 hours notice is required for you to extend your stay. Lockers & showers are located below the Reception. You are welcome to use our facilities as long as you like on the day of check-out.

Three Pools, open 7 am – 8 pm. Please don??™t bring glasses or bottles to the pools. Costa Verde II??™s Pool is reserved for guests aged 17 & older. The CV-II Pool Bar is open 11 am – 7 pm during the high season; the hours for green season vary with the weather. A & B pools are for guests of all ages. Note: no life guards are on duty. Room towels are also for pool use. Bring your used towels to the Front Desk for exchange. Ask for free Beach Mats – a refundable cash deposit is required. Please don??™t take hotel towels to the beach.

Local calls cost $0.20/minute. US calls: $.030/minute. Check with us for other countries cost. Open credit at the Front Desk to activate your phone. Free Wi-Fi is available – passwords at the Front Desk. A second room key is available. A charge of $12 is for lost keys. We change Dollars to Colones at the Central Bank??™s rates, in limited quantities. We are unable to give you a credit card cash advance.
Taxis
Taxis take 10 minutes to arrive. If we call a taxi, you must wait for the specific numbered taxi. Alternatively, you may flag one down. The public bus passes in front of El Avion & La Cantina, every 15 minutes to the beach & Quepos. The Front Desk can arrange transportation for you. Enjoy our two hiking trails, in the morning when there are more animals.
Activities
From amazing Manuel Antonio National Park to our very own Zip Coaster Adventure, there are many activities and trips to quench any adventurous thirst. Yoga is at 8 am at the Wedding Pavilion. Walking to the beach takes 8 minutes: from the Boeing 727 Home follow the internal road to E Area; then take the public road to Kacha–turn right. Anaconda
Accompany your breakfast with a gorgeous ocean view at Anaconda Restaurant. Anaconda serves up mean traditional Costa Rican breakfast or solid American favorites. After 11am take your pick of great sandwiches, wraps, salads or burgers for lunch.

Baguette Bakery & Cafe

Pool Bar
Relax and order a drink at the pool bar in the 18+ Costa Verde II area. The pool bar serves up cold beer, delicious cocktails, frigid smoothies to enjoy in the shade, by the pool, or one of the many lounge chairs.

Hotel Policies
Visitors may visit you in your room. All guests must register at the Front Desk and finish their visit before closing time at 10 pm. Prostitution: Sexual favors for compensation is prohibited.
Valuables should be stored in the safe at our Front Desk, where we can accommodate larger items–eg, laptops. Your Room Safety Deposit Box is for lesser value items. Review posted instructions before you close the door! We cannot take responsibility for valuables that are not entrusted to the front desk.
Hotel rooms are cleaned daily. Towels that have been left on the floor will be replaced; hanging towels will not. A ???Do Not Disturb??™ sign on the doorknob will cancel maid service. Use the red bag, with form filled out, drop at Reception before 9am for same day laundry service. Exclude delicate items – we cannot be responsible for damage to such clothing.
